Terms and Conditions

The terms for buying sheet music in the Pink Petal Music online shop.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop at pinkpetalmusic.com. The seller is [full name or business name], [address], Ireland – see our Imprint.

Our shop is open to consumers and to businesses and institutions such as schools, music services and orchestras. "Consumer" means a person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Products

We sell sheet music as digital files (PDF) for download. The contents of each edition – score, parts, number of files and pages – are described on its product page. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the editions in our shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking "Continue to payment" and completing the payment, you make a binding offer to buy the editions in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order – at the latest when we make the download available after successful payment.

Before you order, you can check and correct your entries at any time. The contract language is English. We store the order details, and you receive them by e-mail.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately when you order.

5. Delivery

The files are delivered by download. Immediately after payment, you receive the download links on the confirmation page and by e-mail. The links are valid for two years from the date of purchase; within this period the files can be downloaded several times. Please save the files on your own device.

6. Licence

Your purchase includes a licence to use the music as described in our Licence Terms. The copyright remains with the rights holder.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right ends once the download has begun, provided that you expressly agreed to this at checkout. Details: Right of Withdrawal.

8. Faulty files

If a file is incomplete, damaged or not as described, please contact us. We will provide a correct file as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow this, in particular for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Apart from this, our liability is limited to the price paid for the order concerned.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.

11. Questions and complaints

Please write to info@pinkpetalmusic.com or use our contact form. We will do our best to find a solution quickly.
